Like our partitioning systems, our double glazing seals and gaskets seamlessly integrate into all of our partitioning systems. We offer an extensive range of options which are available for immediate supply to our customers.
Our wedge gaskets fit snuggly between our partitioning framework and the glass, which allows for a very snug and secure fit so that the glass remains stable and does not move. The gasket come in 2 versions to cater for different glass sizes - CGD110 wedge gasket for use with 10 – 10.8mm glass. We supply CGD110 in 100m tubs which allows for cutting to length on site. CGD120 wedge gasket is for 12 – 12.8mm thick glass installation. However, depending on the situation, CGD120 finds use in conjunction with our CGD190 bubble gasket to allow you to install 6 – 6.8mm glass. We supply CGD120 in 200m tubs, again, for cutting to length on site.
Depending on the glass size you are installing, we have two bubble gaskets options which function between the glass and the inside of the partitioning framework. The gaskets protect the glass and create a tight fit preventing movement vibration or rattling. The two types of bubble gasket are CGD190 for use in conjunction with 6 – 8mm glass and CGD194 for use in conjunction with 10 – 12.8mm glass. Both sizes are supplied in 3-metre lengths and made from clear plastic. Once installed, these gaskets are not visible at all.
We offer 12 different I-line gasket sizes depending on what you want to achieve and what glass thickness you wish to use. They are all designed to perform specific roles allowing you a plethora of design and installation options. I-Line gaskets are manufactured using a transparent polymer material and blend seamlessly with your partition system.
Mullion posts also offer a strong and robust solution for holding glass and are manufactured from clear polymer plastic; this product will also blend in with its surroundings, leaving a very sleek finish.
