Smiths PRO-office specialises in supplying partition wall and door systems to the office fit-out market.
Smiths PRO-trim is a stockist and supplier of tile trim and dryline wall trim products. Our extensive stock is available via our UK wide distribution network. We welcome order enquiries from merchants and showroom businesses.
We offer a range of transition edge trims for plasterboard suspended ceiling details with a shadow gap. Our products provide a smooth transition from mineral fibre tiles situated in suspended ceilings.
We stock our drywall suspended ceiling trims in 3-metre lengths as standard, which are available for next-day delivery. Curvable options are also available.
Our trim products utilise an innovative "V" groove backplate which includes a specially designed screw channel for ease of fixing; this creates an excellent adhesive grip for the jointing compound, which reduces the likelihood of the mixture cracking or dropping out.
Our trims find use in typical dryline wall installations, ceiling systems and partitions. As long as the framework is structurally sound, our products fit common mediums such as metal or timber studs with verticals set no further than 600mm apart. While our transition trims benefit from manufacture in 6063 aluminium, our profiles have no impact on the structural integrity of the installation and are for aesthetic purposes only.
6063 aluminium (in the T6 delivery condition) is an architectural grade material used to produce intricate extrusions, making it ideal for drywall finishing products. Our dryline trims range are all manufactured in this material.
Polyester powder coated, standard White RAL 9010 20% Gloss. Most RAL colours are available as a custom order. Please contact our sales office to discuss requirements.
Standard products supplied in 3m lengths. Custom options include lengths up to 6m. Products over 3m will incur an additional carriage charge- further bespoke options are available (see curving, fabrication and metalwork).
