We offer various gaskets to be used in conjunction with our single glazed partitioning system. The most popular of these are silicone wedge gaskets and clear glazing gaskets.
The wedge gasket that we supply comes in two different sizes. We offer two sizes to ensure that you get a snug and secure fit during installation. The glass will not move, and the partitioning system's structural integrity is unaffected. We supply a transparent wedge gasket (CGD110) in a continuous strip in tubs of 100m for use with 10 – 10.8mm glass. The CGD120 tear-off wedge gasket is supplied the same way as the CGD110. However, as it is a smaller gasket, these are provided in tubs of 200m for use with 12 – 12.8mm glass. We supply gaskets to be cut on-site to the exact length required, thus minimising wastage.
We are constantly striving to improve our systems and make them easier for you to install. With this in mind we have developed our new clip in gasket for use in conjunction with our head and wall sections. The new clip in gasket allows you to install the glass more efficeinetly whilst ensuring a very strong grip on the glass. The ease of use and quickness of installation allows you to save time and money during the installation process.
For between the glass, we have our I-Line glazing gaskets which are made of a transparent polymer and also feature a self-adhesive strip making them very quick to install. The gasket is supplied in 3-metre lengths, making it suitable for most floor to ceiling heights. We offer various types and designs of the I-line gasket to allow you to create straight runs of glass, 90° degree bends, or even 3-way joints. There is no need for big thick aluminium posts, and the result is a clean and sleek design. We have also recently introduced a clip in gasket for our head and wall profiles which clips in, allowing you to install glass in a fraction of the time that it used to take. These fit our 25mm, and 35mm deep head & wall sections while capable of holding 10 – 10.8mm glass and 12 – 12.8mm glass.
