The DG60 Double Glazed Base section is an innovatively designed aluminium base section extrusion for internal demountable partitioning.
It has been meticulously designed to allow for quick and easy installation on site whilst being as light as possible to make the system as cost-effective as possible without compromising functionality. The design of the clip-in base bead ensures a very stable joint that is quick to install without detracting from the overall aesthetics of the partitioning system.
When the base bead is installed securely into the base bead, you can feel safe in the knowledge that the glass you have installed is safe and secure. The DG60 double-glazed base section has been designed to allow different sizes of bubble gaskets to be installed internally. This allows for a range of various glass thicknesses and glass types to be installed throughout the system. As standard, the DG60 base section and base bead are supplied pre-painted in 3000mm lengths; this, we have found, is the optimal length to help reduce wastage during on-site installation.
Our sections feature a unique and innovative design that is lightweight and quick to install on-site, offering a cost-effective solution. Additionally, stock of our pre-painted material is readily available for immediate delivery.

PRO-office aluminium profiles are all available in the following finishes: Black RAL9005, Grey RAL9006, White RAL9010, Anthracite Grey RAL7016 & mill finish as standard.
PRO-office SG single glazed is able to accept glass from 10mm through to 12.8mm. PRO-office DG double glazed is able to accept glass thicknesses ranging from 6mm all the way through to 12.8mm
Our single glazed & double glazed systems are able to fully integrate with each other.
