The product design affords quick installation reducing onsite installation time whilst giving you a stable and excellent fit. Just clip the base bead into the base, and you are ready to install the glazing gasket.
Our base bead system holds glass thicknesses ranging from 10mm through to 12.8mm whilst still maintaining a tight fit on the glass. At our manufacturing site in Tipton, we carry an extensive stock range of the base chair and bead in several standard colours. Colours include Anthracite Grey RAL7016, Grey RAL9006, Black RAL9005 and white RAL9010. We also keep a large stock in a mill finish, which allows us to custom paint these sections in any colour. We also supply partition bases in an anodised finish.
Our base and bead system acts as a practical partition base that is light, quick to install and offers an innovative design that provides a stable and robust base to install glass. We provide stock in various colours with fast product turnaround.
PRO-office aluminium profiles are all available in the following finishes: Black RAL9005, Grey RAL9006, White RAL9010, Anthracite Grey RAL7016 & mill finish as standard.
PRO-office SG single glazed is able to accept glass from 10mm through to 12.8mm. PRO-office DG double glazed is able to accept glass thicknesses ranging from 6mm all the way through to 12.8mm
Our single glazed & double glazed systems are able to fully integrate with each other.
