Smiths PRO-trim is a stockist and supplier of tile trim and dryline wall trim products. Our extensive stock is available via our UK wide distribution network. We welcome order enquiries from merchants and showroom businesses.
Improve and enhance the aesthetic of large wall expanses with our recessed feature bead trims. Our trims make large dry line wall areas less visually imposing by breaking up the overall look.
Our feature bead trims may be added horizontally or vertically and are used to join two sheets of plasterboard to improve the aesthetic of your dry lined wall installation.
Most of our trims utilise the innovative "V" channel in the design, including a specially manufactured screw channel to promote improved adhesion for the jointing compound. A unique feature relates to our product PTRTH25 - a feature bead trim that allows hanging decors (offering a similar effect to an old-style picture rail). The feature enables customisable aesthetics. Fixing our products to the structure is easy as the screw channel accepts bugle head drywall screws.
We only use the best raw materials - we manufacture our recessed trims from 6063 aluminium in the T6 temper for additional hardness. 6063 is synonymous with architectural applications due to the pleasing aesthetic appearance and combines strength with good corrosion resistance.
We stock our products in standard 3-metre lengths. However, bespoke options are available, including custom lengths up to 6 metres and customised colours (most RAL colours). Utilising more extended trims results in less visible joints, which will improve the overall aesthetic while minimising unnecessary waste.
Polyester powder coated, standard White RAL 9010 20% Gloss. Most RAL colours are available as a custom order. Please contact our sales office to discuss requirements.
Standard products supplied in 3m lengths. Custom options include lengths up to 6m. Products over 3m will incur an additional carriage charge- further bespoke options are available (see curving, fabrication and metalwork).
